**COVID-19 Update**
September 23rd, 2021

I hope everyone is staying safe and enjoying the cooler temperatures of these first days of Fall. I will continue to provide updates regarding the status of COVID-19 in the Center as the situation changes.

CDC City Community Transmission Level and Percent Positivity: High – increased to 15.7%

Testing: While in an outbreak, patients and staff are tested every 3-7 days until the Center is 14 days without a positive test result.
PPE: The supply remains adequate. Staff have received ongoing education on appropriate PPE utilization.
Visitation: Virtual and scheduled indoor and outdoor visitation are currently available. Contact the Social Services Department at 540-633-6533 to schedule.
