Today we are pleased to announce the 2022 Team Member of the Year for Radford Health & Rehab, Sandra Green, LPN. Sandra has been a nurse since 1991 and employed at Radford Health & Rehab Center since October or 2019 as a night shift nurse on our skilled unit. Sandra is a team player and is always willing to pick up shifts and help her co-workers any way she can. She maintains a positive attitude and keeps her cool despite any circumstances or
issues thrown her way. Sandra can always be found without a single complaint and with a smile on her face, even at 7am when she is leaving at the end of her 12-hour shift. Sandra goes above and beyond to build relationships with her patients, often spending extra time with them just to hear their stories about life and at times even visits them once they are discharged. Sandra has been deemed as the “best bedside nurse” at Radford Health and Rehab and is truly deserving of that title as well as our 2022 Team Member of the Year!
