**COVID-19 Update**
October 26th, 2021

We hope you are enjoying cooler fall temperatures and the season’s changing leaves. The Center has conducted outbreak testing of close contacts of the positive staff in accordance with CMS and CDC guidance. No further positive test results have been identified.

CDC City Community Transmission Level: High
Testing: Patients may be tested as needed based on symptoms, exposure, or during an outbreak. Staff are tested twice per week due to the community transmission level.
PPE: The supply remains adequate. Staff have received ongoing education on appropriate PPE utilization.
Visitation: Virtual and scheduled indoor and outdoor visitation are currently available. Visiting hours are from 7:00 am-8:00 pm. Visitors under the age of 12 will be required to visit in the Center lobby or front porch.
