**COVID-19 Update**
October 12th, 2021

We hope everyone is staying safe and healthy.  Further updates regarding new positive cases will be provided via text message and email notifications to patients and their representatives.

CDC City Community Transmission Level and Percent Positivity: High – decreased to 6.7%

Testing: Patients may be tested as needed based on symptoms, exposure, or during an outbreak. Staff members are tested twice weekly.
PPE: The supply remains adequate. Staff have received ongoing education on appropriate PPE utilization.
Visitation: Virtual and scheduled indoor and outdoor visitation are currently available. Visiting hours are from 7:00 am-8:00 pm. Visitors under the age of 12 will be required to visit in the Center lobby or front porch.
