Frontline Friday: Leann Harman

When you join the Radford Health & Rehab Center family, you’ll be inspired by colleagues who embody our mission of providing peace of mind to those we care about: residents, families, and employees. Our staff is dedicated to the care and recovery of our patients and residents. Whether you are here to settle in or looking for a speedy, complete rehabilitation, our expertise, training, and skill are at your service.

Each Friday, we’ll be introducing you to one of those employees who help make our facility so great as part of our “Frontline Fridays.” On behalf of Radford Health & Rehab Center, we have the pleasure of introducing you to Leann Harman, Business Office Assistant:

Leann Harman started at Radford Health & Rehab Center in July 2020, after being referred by a friend.  After praying about it, she joined our family and felt this is where she could be a blessing to others.

The Pulaski County native graduated from Hampton University in 2005 then went on to graduate with her Masters in Mathematics from Cambridge College in 2007.  She is currently pursuing her Masters in Business Administration. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her husband and three sons, swimming, and playing cards.  Along with making crafts, some of her hobbies include making wreaths, wooden signs, and loves to distress furniture or give the furniture a second chance.

“It has been a complete honor and blessing to be working at Radford Health & Rehab Center.  I enjoy the people I work with and the residents are amazing.  Being able to talk with them every day and seeing their smiling faces, it has been a wonderful experience.  It’s been an honor to be here.”
