Each Friday, we’ll be introducing you to one of those employees who help make our facility so great as part of our “Frontline Friday.” On behalf of Radford Health & Rehab Center, we have the pleasure of introducing you to Bobby Graham, Unit Manager:

My name is Bobby Graham and I started at Radford Health and Rehab in 2018.  Since I began my career here, I’ve been afforded the opportunity to advance in my career path. I started as a CNA and then I moved into the Unit Coordinator position, where I learned a new area in the medical field and accepted more responsibility. Afterward, I moved into my current position as the Medical Records Specialist/Central Supply, where I have learned many new areas related to the business aspect of the job. 

At the Radford Health and Rehab Center, you’re always treated like family and given the opportunity to advance in your career.  I have learned a lot while having the support from all my coworkers. I hope to continue to grow with the company in the future.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family. I have a beautiful 2-year-old daughter Emma, and my awesome wife Josie.  We love family gatherings, camping, and being on the river-tubing.  I like to attend church and going on new adventures.
