Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing to share news that a staff member has tested positive for COVID-19. This individual has not worked in the Center since August 26, 2021 and will remain at home until the CDC’s return to work criteria have been met.

We will continue outbreak testing for patients and staff every 3-7 days until the Center is 14 days without a positive result. Visitation will not be altered in any way at this time.
