Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing to share news that a staff member has tested positive for COVID-19. This individual will recover at home until the CDC’s return to work criteria have been met. Close contacts with this individual have been tested, with all negative test results.

Visitation remains unchanged and will be conducted as usual.
