Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing to share news that 6 patients have tested positive for COVID-19. An initial patient became symptomatic, prompting the Center to immediately begin testing all patients and staff. We have re-established our “hot unit” and relocated each of these patients to that area. All patients will continue to be monitored closely and tested every 3-7 days until the Center is 14 days without a positive test result.

Visitation remains open. We ask that visitors not visit if feeling ill, or if they have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within the previous 14 days.
