Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing to share news that a staff member has tested positive for COVID-19. This individual has not been in the Center in 3 weeks and will remain off from work until the CDC’s return to work criteria is met. This case is considered community-acquired and will not initiate an outbreak response at the Center.
