Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing to share news that 2 staff members have tested positive for COVID-19. Both individuals will remain off from work in accordance with CDC guidelines. Outbreak testing was performed today with all negative test results thus far. I will keep you updated should any additional positive test results be identified. Visitation remains available.
