Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing to share news that 2 patients and 3 staff members have tested positive. Both patients have been relocated to the “hot unit”, and each of these staff members will remain off from work until the CDC’s return to work criteria is met.

We are continuing to work very closely with the local Health Department. While visitation is available, we encourage visitors who are experiencing any symptoms of illness to remain at home.
