Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing to share news that two staff members have tested positive for COVID-19. Both individuals will remain at home until the CDC’s return to work criteria have been met.

We have initiated outbreak testing for all patients and staff which will occur every 3-7 days until the Center is 14 days without a positive result.
