The Team Member of the Quarter program is designed to promote and reward outstanding performance by staff at Radford Health & Rehab Center. The Leadership team seeks to recognize employees who exemplify excellence through their daily commitment to the facility. The hard work and dedication of these staff members make our success possible. 

Our Administrator and HR Department will review the nominations submitted by peers, family members, and residents each quarter. The nominees must be employed for 180 days and in good standing- no corrective actions in the last year to be eligible for the award.

The Team Member of the Quarter will receive a $100 cash award and a certificate of recognition presented by the Administrator and their Supervisor. In addition, a congratulatory letter will be given to the Employee from the CEO and/or COO of CCR.

As an additional recognition of merit, all qualified Team Member of the Quarter winners will be entered into the nomination pool for the Team Member of the Year Award. Today, Radford Health & Rehab Center is happy to announce that the Team Member of the 4th Quarter goes to Jennifer Bain! 

Jennifer is a great cook and an asset to the Dietary team at Radford Health & Rehab. She is always on time for her shift, and she quite often picks up extra shifts to help out. She is very aware and makes sure that the diets of our residents are followed without error before delivery to the floor. Jennifer does what needs to be done for any special requests that a resident may make. She is a “team player” and always helps out her co-workers. When inclement weather is predicted, she will make arrangements to either come in early or stay the night to be here for the start of her shift.

She takes on the challenge of her daily work with pride and commitment to doing what is best for those we serve. Jennifer is an “all-around” great employee, and Radford Health & Rehab Center is very lucky to have her!
