Amber Belcher, Human Resource/Payroll Coordinator received this month’s Shining Star Award.  She has been employed at Radford Health and Rehab since 2008.  Belcher is described by her co-workers as a dedicated, dependable and self-motivated person.  She resides in Floyd County with her son Hunter.
