Shining Star of the Year – is an individual that has promoted and demonstrated Service Excellence for the previous year.  The Leadership team nominated and voted on the candidate.

Sandra Ratcliffe, Activities Assistant, is the Radford Health & Rehab Center 2015 Shining Star of the Year.  She has worked at the Center since September 2014.  She is a dedicated and compassionate employee who enjoys the patients/residents and the great team environment. She is a resident of Radford.
