Debra Eanes, Licensed Practical Nurse, has received the Shining Star of the Year Award.  She has been employed by Radford Health and Rehab for five years.  Debra received the most individual Shining Star awards during the last year.

She chose one of three award packages with a value of over $300 to go along with this honor.  Debra is known for always being dependable.  The staff and residents know they can count on her no matter what.  She resides in Radford.
