Barbara Via, Assistant Admissions and Marketing Director, has received the August Shining Star Award.  She has been employed by Radford Health and Rehab for one year.  Barbara is known for her can do attitude and often completed by staff, residents and guests for her customer service.  She resides in Christiansburg with her husband, John and son, Jack.
