Virginia Taylor, Restorative CNA, is the Radford Health & Rehab Center Shining Star for March 2015.  She has worked at the Center since August 2006.  She is a dedicated and compassionate employee who enjoys the residents and the great team environment. She is a resident of Pulaski.
